If you’re looking for one-on-one strength training rooted in proper form, breath, and body awareness, this is for you. My private strength training sessions are designed for people of all ages, genders, and fitness levels.
Whether you're brand new to movement or have been training for years, each session is adapted to your current ability while still challenging you to grow. We focus on building functional strength through thoughtful progressions, proper technique, and body awareness. This is not a loud gym filled with distractions. It’s a calm, focused space where you can reconnect with yourself and feel capable in your own body. You’ll learn how to move well, breathe better, and develop strength that carries over into your daily life.
Sessions are priced at ₹2000 for individuals and ₹3000 for couples.
