Who this is for

Busy professionals who want expert programming without the cost and overhead of weekly personal training. You're not a beginner, but you don't want to guess your way through your own training anymore.

This works if:

  • You train 2-4 times a week and want a plan built for your actual schedule, not a template.

  • You've been training for a while and progress has stalled.

  • You travel, work long hours, or have constraints that a generic program can't handle.

  • You want someone watching your progress and adjusting the plan when something isn't working.

This isn't for you if:

  • You need in-person supervision for every workout.

  • You want daily check-ins or messaging.

  • You're brand new to training and need someone to teach you the basics from scratch. (The 12-Week Strength Program is a better fit.)

What you get every month

A custom training plan, updated monthly. Built around your equipment, your schedule, your goals, and what your body is telling us from last month's numbers. Not a template. Not a spreadsheet someone else used.

One 30-minute video call per month. We review progress, adjust the plan, troubleshoot anything that isn't working, and set the focus for the next four weeks.

Direct support between sessions. Form check videos, questions, adjustments when life changes. Message me on WhatsApp or email. I respond within 24 hours on weekdays.

Progress tracking. A shared document with your lifts, notes, and monthly targets. You see the numbers move. So do I.

How it works

Step 1: You fill out an intake form. Goals, training history, schedule, injuries, equipment access.

Step 2: We book a 45-minute kickoff call. I ask questions, you ask questions. We align on the first month's focus.

Step 3: You get your first month's plan within 3 business days.

Step 4: You train. You log numbers. You message me when something comes up.

Step 5: At the end of each month, we have a 30-minute call. I update the plan. We repeat.

I'm a certified ACE Health Coach with 7 years of experience coaching clients through strength training, recovery, and longevity. I hold a 2nd Dan black belt in Karate. I've worked in-person with clients in Bangalore and online with clients across India and abroad.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a generic app or program? An app doesn't know you slept 4 hours last night, travelled yesterday, or have a lingering shoulder issue. I do. Your plan adjusts accordingly.

How much time per week does this take? Your training time is whatever we agree on. Most clients train 3-5 hours per week. The coaching itself adds 30 minutes per month for the call, plus occasional messages.

What if I need to cancel? Cancel anytime. Monthly plan stops at the end of the current month. For quarterly and yearly plans, you keep access until the end of your paid period. No partial refunds for unused months.

I travel a lot. Will this work for me? Yes. I build plans around your travel schedule. Hotel gym workouts, bodyweight-only sessions when equipment is limited, and lower-volume weeks when travel stacks up.

Do you take on beginners? For true beginners, the 12-Week Strength Program is a better starting point. It teaches the foundations with a structured curriculum. After that, the 1-on-1 Training Plan is the natural next step.

Can I switch between monthly, quarterly, and yearly? Yes. Upgrade to a longer plan any time and you'll get the discounted rate going forward.

Is there a client cap? Yes. I cap this service at 20 active clients so every plan gets real attention. When the cap is full, new signups go on a waitlist.
