Hello! I am Adwitiya, an ACE certified Health Coach. Welcome to my 12 week online strength coaching program! Strong Foundations is a 12 week online coaching program for people who want clarity, structure, and confidence in strength training, without pressure, hype, or complicated rules.
After working for more than 5 years as a strength coach with a variety of clients from all over the world, I have learned that strength training is not just a nice-to-have, it is a non-negotiable. It is a retirement plan your body is going to rely on. In fact, after all these years, the only regret that my clients have expressed in my gym is this- I wish I had started a few years earlier.
Yes, the best time to start strength training was yesterday.
The second best time is today.
And yet, I see too many people start and quit multiple times a year. Due to exhaustion, long hours at work, muscle soreness, or simply not having the motivation to get to the gym.
If you are someone who works long hours, sits most of the day, or feels mentally drained by evening, strength training should not be about doing more. It should be about protecting your capacity.
If you want to get stronger but keep feeling confused, inconsistent, or unsure of what you’re doing in the gym, this program is for you.

Who this is for
This program is for you if:
You want to strength train but feel lost or intimidated
You have started workouts many times but struggled to stay consistent

You do not need to be fit, or have any prior gym experience. All you need to do is show up!
What you will get out of this
I have seen, first hand, what strength training can do for people. Believe me, you do not know how amazing this can be for you, unless you actually do it. Through this program, I want to help you get rid of the guessing game, the injuries, and the reliance on motivation to start.
By the end of 12 weeks, you will:
Train independently three times a week with confidence
Know exactly what to do when you walk into a gym
Understand basic strength movements and how to perform them safely
Stop starting over every few months
Feel more stable, capable, and connected to your body
Have habits that support training instead of fighting it
Through this, we are building a foundation you can rely on.
How the program works
Strong Foundations runs over 12 weeks in a small online group. I have kept the group intentionally small so that I can pay attention to everyone.
You will receive:
A one on one onboarding call to understand your body, goals, and concerns
Weekly live group sessions where I teach and guide you through key concepts
A clear, structured strength training plan you can follow week by week
Technique guidance and feedback so you feel safe lifting
Simple habit practices around breathing, recovery, and consistency
Nutrition guidance that supports strength and energy
Plant forward nutrition support for those who want it
Ongoing support and accountability throughout the program
A final roadmap so you know how to continue on your own
You will never be expected to figure things out alone.
What this program is not
This is not:
A quick transformation challenge
A high intensity bootcamp
A weight loss program
A program that relies on motivation or discipline
A program that expects perfection
The focus is learning how to train well and sustainably. If you want shortcuts, I’m not your coach.
Why I created Strong Foundations
I have been training people, globally, for over 5 years now. I see what strength training has done for them. They look younger, have more energy, the do things with their bodies that they never thought was possible.
And at the same time, I have seen too many people believe that strength training is not for them. They think they are too weak, too busy, too old, or too inexperienced. Most of the time, they were simply never taught the basics properly.
The truth is, you can start training on any day at any age, with any amount of time in your hands. You have 20 mins a day 3 times a week? We can start with that.
Strength training does not need to be complicated or intimidating. It needs to be taught with patience, clarity, and respect for the body.
Strong Foundations brings together everything I have learned through years of coaching, with the goal of helping you feel safe, confident, and capable in your own body.
